About Us
In 2023, Studio Legale Boschetti was transformed into a company between lawyers. The legal form changes but not the substance: we are a point of reference in the field of immigration law and Italian citizenship.
We have been practising immigration law since 2008, when nobody was talking about this subject. Lawyer Francesco Boschetti's merit is that he has never distorted his firm, maintaining the focus on immigration law and Italian citizenship, so that over time, with his team of constantly trained and updated professionals, he has become a point of reference for all foreigners who need to deal with the Italian public administration to exercise a right or request a certain benefit.
Graduated in Law from the University of Rome La Sapienza, Francesco Boschetti enrolled in the Rome Bar Association in 2008, the year in which he decided to specialise in immigration law.
His experience began with the procedures for the issuance of entry visas and residence permits, and was later enriched with the subject of Italian citizenship, starting with judicial appeals against the silence of the Administration and extrajudicial procedures for the solicitation of applications for citizenship by residence and marriage.
Over the years, thanks also to decisive encounters with other professionals, he introduced himself to the subject of Italian citizenship iure sanguinis, with reference to judicial proceedings for the recognition of citizenship in favour of descendants of Italian blood. As fate would have it, he deals with the matter in close connection with Brazil: a country among those with the highest concentration of descendants of Italian blood, where his professional relations are immediately concentrated.
As of January 2024, the firm has more than 2,400 court cases (settled and pending), most of which concern Italian citizenship iure sanguinis, and the activity continues to expand.
Not only citizenship iure sanguinis: lawyer Francesco Boschetti also habitually practises in administrative proceedings for the naturalisation of foreigners residing in Italy or who have married an Italian citizen. In a socio-political context in which immigration in Italy is constantly restricted and fought against, his slogan has always been the same: ‘We are on the side of foreigners’.
The slogan is clearly aimed at foreigners who meet the legal requirements to obtain a certain benefit, as his goal is to work in the field of legal immigration, helping foreigners who have a legally protected interest.
Moreover, he has participated as a speaker in important conferences on immigration law and Italian citizenship, as well as in round tables with professionals from other countries.
Francesco Boschetti is not only a lawyer and jurist, but also a manager and entrepreneur, having set up an international law firm in the centre of Rome, with a large team, which in March 2023 became a one-man joint-stock company.
Important, therefore, in addition to his legal contribution and the management of judicial and extrajudicial cases, is his activity as sole director of Boschetti Studio Legale - a company between lawyers, which sees him involved, among other things, in marketing, communication, and the direction, management and development of the firm's commercial strategies.
