We protect applicants for citizenship who have received a notice of denial of citizenship or a final denial, to be challenged before the TAR.
We deal, as an appendix closely related to citizenship, with administrative and judicial petitions concerning registry law. The purpose of these petitions is to request the revocation of the cancellation order from the registry office of the resident population, ordered against the foreigner, most often due to unavailability.
