The ideal profile coincides with a serious, reliable, responsible, polite, communicative person, skilled in legal writing, with excellent team working and problem-solving skills. The candidate has a law degree and is licensed to practice as a lawyer, and if they do not have established experience in the areas of practice of the Firm, they are still able to learn quickly, have ambition, initiative, and are capable of managing assignments independently.
CURRENTLY OPEN POSITION: LAWYER
Profile sought: we are currently particularly interested in the figure of a lawyer with documented experience in commercial and tax law, and/or in real estate law, to strengthen the legal team of the Boschetti Italy Visa Investments Unit.
The ideal candidate resides in Rome, is already registered with the Bar Association and holds a VAT number (Partita Iva).
Another essential requirement is a high-level knowledge, written and spoken, of the English language. Knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese will be positively considered, secondarily.
Preferential qualifications include a solid knowledge of private international law and the possession of technical and logistical skills for operational support. Finally, experience gained in international contexts will also be positively evaluated.
